Will founded Infinity, a pioneering Australian fintech, which he sold to an investment fund, facilitating the launch of UnionPay into the Australian market. He is an Expert in Residence at Griffith University, QUT, and UQ, and is an Advisory Board member and professor at London's Roehampton Business School.

Will's influence has been recognised by CEO World Magazine and Forbes in 2023.

Guy Adams brings 25 years of experience building successful businesses and teams across the Professional Services, Financial & Technology industries. As an Executive, he has led £50M-250M businesses, taken a start-up through scale-up to a successful market disposal, and advised smaller businesses as an NED.Guy has managed high-performance teams in multiple geographies, implemented talent development programs championing diversity, and mentored individuals through career advancements. He has led engagements with global firms, advised Executive Boards on modernisation and digital transformation, and helped firms harness data to drive collaboration and engage talent.

Denis Stollery
Executive Director & Founder

Denis Stollery, the innovator behind MyMediation and its student accreditation course program, has a history of successful ventures, including an Office Supply business in New Zealand and a multimillion-dollar trade finance product listed in the UK.

His inventions have earned him five New Zealand Industrial Design Awards, a semi-finalist spot in the Duke of Edinburgh Design Awards, and recognition in the Global Visa Everywhere competition. A company releasing his products partnered with Mastercard in 2020.

Denis has served as a New Zealand trade representative, Deputy Chair of the Adelaide City Council/Christchurch City Sister Committee, and is a practising mediator.

Simon J. Boehme
Advisor

Simon J. Boehme, a legal tech entrepreneur and mediator, works at the intersection of dispute resolution and legal innovation. He has founded and advised multiple legal tech companies, including BillingNav, Legaler, Disputly, and Magnify.

Simon has served on various committees, including the State Bar of California's ATILS Task Force, the Accord Project Dispute Resolution Working Group, and the U.S. Department of Education's NACIQI under the Obama Administration. As a mediator, he led efforts to build San Francisco's first online dispute resolution system for landlord-tenant disputes.
A Truman Scholar, Coca-Cola Scholar, and Bezos Scholar, Simon studied at Cornell University and Maynooth University in Ireland.

He serves as an arbitrator, mediator, consults on dispute resolution and litigation settlement strategy, handles expert witness assignments, and provides executive coaching services.

Currently, Stav is working on an immutable, distributed, efficient, autonomous ledger - platform that supports all content types without relying on blockchain technology. The 3rd generation prototype is currently undergoing testing and represents the core components of the production-ready platform.
